Michael A. David, PhD

I’m a biomedical engineer advancing bioinformatics, machine learning, and multimodal imaging for translational orthopedics, while collaborating with and mentoring diverse colleagues and trainees.

I’m an Instructor in Orthopedics at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. I build end‑to‑end machine learning workflows for spatial histopathology, transcriptomics/multi‑omics, and medical imaging to study post‑traumatic joint conditions (contracture and osteoarthritis).

On this site, I highlight my Publications, Projects, and ways to get involved.
